The acquisition of the property upon which we built our home, dealing with the various government agencies and their rules and regulations, the planning, design and ultimately the construction phase of the project were often complicated and sometime overwhelming to the two of us. Your insights, recommendations and advice throughout were invaluable. Equally important to us – you were a delight to work with, always calm and patient throughout the decision-making process, always quick to respond to any question or issue we might have, etc. Without exception, we were pleased with the various subcontracting professionals you involved in the project, and it was clear that you and your company are greatly respected by other professionals in town. Finally, and also important, whenever the unanticipated or unavoidable complications occurred – delays due to lack of available materials, scheduling gaps by subcontractors, dealing with the ever-changing government regulations and oversight, etc., – you responded quickly and professionally in making things right. My family recently hired Brian Beason (Beason Enterprises) for a small addition and remodel to our tri-level home. Brian assisted us in fine tuning house plans and provided suggestions in constructability and recommended quality materials.
From start to finish, Beason Enterprises and his team of Subcontractors were professional and friendly while working in our home. Brian’s team was on-site 6-days a week and his Subcontractors were scheduled to keep the finish date on track. Moreover, the project was completed within our budget.
